My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and we recently moved to Stevens Point from California.
From the first phone call, Nate was friendly and informative. When we visited the town a couple months before moving, he toured us around, gave suggestions on places to take our kids, and introduced us to cheese curds. Being from California, it was reassuring to have someone showing us homes that was able to tell us what about them would be difficult or beneficial in the winter, and regardless of how quickly a property went up for sale, Nate was there to view it for us, even after we went back to San Diego and had to rely on video tours to continue our search. Not having gone through the home buying process before, we were definitely nervous. Add in doing it from 2000 miles away, we were even more anxious. But Nate made the whole thing simple, and we’re so grateful for all of his help and friendliness along the way!
